British Auto Works is now known for their detailed knowledge and work on British cars. For over 17 years British Auto Works has been bringing the dream of British Car lovers to reality.  Their fan base of loyal customers grow every year and they are considered the # 1 MG and Triumph restorers and repair center  in the NorthWest and one of the Top 5 in the nation.

British Auto Works was established in early 1991 in a small 3 car garage by Ray Marty. Ray was looking for a retirement hobby that also helped pay the bills. It quickly became a real full-time job and British Auto Works outgrew the small 3 car garage. 

As Ray realized that his retirement was slipping away he began looking for a partner. Bill and his son Stan, were British Car lovers that came in often for parts and discussion about their british cars. Bill still had his 1972 Triumph GT6 that he bought new off the showroom flow in England after driving all over Britain and had shipped over to the ‘Colonies.’ Stan grew up working on cars and buying parts from Ray when he started working on the MG Midget  that was parked in his dad’s backyard at age 14. By 16 he had his car to drive and it is still part of his collection.

Our  current 7000 square foot shop includes over 2000 British Car parts including original, remanufactured and stock parts for MG, Triumph, Morris, Jaguar, Austin-Healey, Mini, and even Lotus and Sunbeam.

British Auto Works is known for their  inventory of over 150 vintage British cars and daily work on all types of british cars, we have 2 full-time service techs, onsite paint and body work and many of our British Car Service Specialists have over 30 years of experience. We can help you from a simple oil change to a full show 100 point restoration. We can assist you with insurance claims and collision repair for your vintage british car, antique british roadster or current british fun driver.
